After completion of the blueprint and design of the building, the next process is BIM (Building Information Modeling) where we use various software for detailing the information about the building. This information incorporates, (MEP) mechanical, electrical and plumbing details of the building along with the structural evaluation of the building. Various software programs that we use for BIM workflow are Autodesk Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP, they help in integrating the building design with the other details such as MEP and HVAC (Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning) information. BIM programs help with understanding the functioning of building in live conditions.
